Routine service plus part replacement of two items mentioned would need replacing soon, at previous service. One additional part needed servicing upon inspection, that our service advisor brought to our attention. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and communication was very good.

Fantastic service. Jesse is the man. We purchased a vehicle from an out of state dealership and there was a missing slide pin on the caliper. Took it to this location and they got it fixed up as fast as they could and gave a great loaner vehicle for the time needed. Will definitely be coming back for service and future purchases.

Bradley is an excellent sales representative. However, I can’t say the same about the Finance Manager, Saif. When I declined the additional services he was trying to sell during the finalization of the purchase, his attitude changed noticeably and made me feel undervalued as a customer. I needed my routine 20K mile maintenance service work done. With that said, the entire experience was first class. From initial check with service advisor “Angel” to picking up my car again working with “Angel”; which minimize going to a different department. A more efficient process. Capo Valley Toyota has a beautiful waiting room very much like all the luxury brand dealerships. Therefore, highly recommend Capistrano Valley Toyota for all the vehicle service needs.

I traded in my modified Tacoma with a camper shell for a new Rav 4. Salesman Andre Bautista was incredibly helpful, this man went above and beyond to get this deal handled. I was super impressed with the commitment and professionalism to the customer by Andre and the maintenance crew for helping uninstall my camper and even delivering it to my house. Randomly came into this dealership this past weekend due to blown tire I experienced on the freeway when traveling to Los Angeles. I was greeted by service advisor August and explained that one of my tires was blown and I needed to get back on the road. August offered excellent customer service, answered all my questions and went through my options for a tire replacement. I can’t speak to the sales team. To be honest I’ve had bad interactions with sales in the past, but that was the under old leadership. The parts and service manager particularly Zander are really good people and would recommend them to family and friends.
Ordered some spark plugs and air filter from them. Seemed like they were the only ones with OEM parts that would ship. Parts shipped in a timely manner and were a perfect fit.

Came here after wanting to put a deposit down on a RAV4 at a couple of other dealerships, but they started tacking on thousands of junk fees (car clear coat, battery protection, ...) so I walked out. I had my first 5000 mile check up at Toyota San Juan Capistrano. It was easy to make the reservation. I got there at the appropriate time and immediately the service representative met me. The waiting room area is large and many different seating areas. Very impressed. The service only took an hour and I was out in no time. I would recommend this dealership for service.
Had Capo Toyota parts department, MOE help me out with a new bed cover for my truck. MOE personally drove my truck to the vendor in Stanton. He took care of everything like as if it were his own. I’m very happy with the outcome.

Way above average experience buying my 2026 Tundra Limited. Drove 4hrs to buy the exact one I wanted at Capistrano Toyota. Bill the salesman communicated very effectively. Sam in finance was professional. Ashley in parts handled the aftermarket accessories I purchased and had them in the truck bed waiting. Pricing was more competitive than any local dealer would offer. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership again.

Service writer was excellent and the service prompt. I was in for a recall fix and the car was delivered as promised. I would have given a five star review but my car seat and mirrors were adjusted differently than I had left them and had to readjust to drive the vehicle. Also one of my back windows was left open.
